Casula is one of the longest-established suburbs in the Liverpool area, and the patients we see from there span three generations. Star Light Dental is a short drive away, inside Hoxton Park Central on Lyn Parade, Prestons, with three dentists looking after everything from a toddler’s first check-up to a grandparent’s dentures.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and same-day emergency appointments are available most days.
Getting Here from Casula
From Casula, Kurrajong Road takes you into Prestons, and from there it is a few minutes north to Hoxton Park Road and Lyn Parade. We are inside Hoxton Park Central at 2 Lyn Parade, next to MediPharm Medical Centre, in the same complex as Total Tools and Jaycar and opposite Officeworks and McDonald’s.
Parking is on site and right at the door, and the clinic has disabled access, so it is an easy visit with a walker, a wheelchair or a pram.

Three Dentists, Led by 34 Years of Experience
- Dr Maher Farag, principal dentist, graduated in 1992 and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Prosthodontics. He looks after complex restorative work, dentures, crowns and cosmetic cases.
- Dr Liza Mekhael holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University and has a special focus on cosmetic and preventive care, children’s dentistry and oral surgery. She is especially good with anxious patients.
- Dr Miriam Mackeen is a general dentist with a gentle approach who enjoys looking after patients of all ages.
